Design and industrialisation to customer specifications
Elettronica Bazzanese strives to be the customer's partner of choice by offering a comprehensive service.
The customer's idea or need is developed into a blueprint using trusted collaborators, hardware and software designs are developed on the latest platforms, agreed and modified with the customer and their technical department.
Circuit boards are developed by engineering the product as requested by the customer in order to optimise costs.
Material procurement
Through our own purchasing department, we are able to meet customer requirements, analyse the bill of materials, propose more cost-effective alternatives and purchase any type of electronic, electromechanical or mechanical component or product completion.
In addition to searching for and purchasing material from national and international suppliers, there are also brokering channels to which we only turn for obsolete or difficult-to-find components in consultation with the customer. The volume of business allows us to make agreements with major distributors obtaining the best economic conditions. For components purchased in large quantities, agreements have been made directly with the manufacturer.
Mechanical assemblies
At the customer's request, Elettronica Bazzanese is able to assemble electronic boards directly on mechanical parts, joinery, plastic or metal enclosures and carry out the related procurement.
Provision of cables, wiring, etc.
We can also handle the procurement and implementation of cables, wiring, flat cables and any other connections according to customer specifications.
Elettronica Bazzanese implements all types of wiring from the manually made prototype to the series made with the most advanced machines available on the market (thanks to our Partners).
Conformal coating
Elettronica Bazzanese operates in all sectors, even those that are most challenging for electronic boards and components.
When necessary, it is possible to carry out a conformal coating process with different types of resins (e.g. suitable for protecting the board from chemicals or moisture). Resin coating can be performed using different techniques such as immersion, hand spraying and robot spraying.
Burn-in
We are able to offer a burn-in service for boards with thermal cycles ranging from -40°C to +180°C (in a thermal chamber with a volume of 150 litres), while it is possible to perform tests on large batches using a large climatic chamber (tests up to 60°C).
Prototyping
Elettronica Bazzanese offers customers a rapid prototyping service by means of our own in-house staff.
At the customer's specific request, all raw materials are purchased via fast-track channels. Assembly lines are dedicated exclusively to the production of prototypes.
